Ascent provides digital services including research, data and operations support, content and copywriting, design and presentations, and virtual assistance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed for each engagement.

Engagements & payment

• Work is scoped and confirmed before it begins. We aim to be clear about what's included.
• Fees are agreed up front. Invoices are payable per the terms stated on each engagement.
• You may pause or end ongoing engagements with reasonable notice, as agreed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely materials so we can deliver your work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you share with us.
• Use our deliverables lawfully and in line with any applicable third-party terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables we create for you become yours upon full payment. We retain the right to use general know-how and non-confidential techniques developed in the course of our work.

Confidentiality

We treat your project materials and data as confidential and use them only to deliver your work. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Liability

We work hard to deliver high-quality results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
